The architecture, designed by Sir Richard Rogers (winner of the Pritzker Architecture Prize) in collaboration with Monaco architect, Mr. Alexandre Giraldi, offers a unique, modern, and refined residence.

Interior decoration is handled by Bruno Moinard and Claire Betaille of the 4BI & Associates agency, who have chosen a luxurious and luminous decoration highlighting the unique character of this residence.

The "One Monte Carlo" residence is divided into 6 pavilions and offers a total of 37 apartments, ranging from 2-room apartments to 7-room triplexes, with rooftop and private pool.

The apartments are rented unfurnished and are delivered with equipped bathrooms, kitchens, and dressing rooms, as well as installed curtains and sheers.

Residents of One Monte Carlo enjoy numerous services, including concierge, valet service, access to the pool and gym of the Thermes Marins Monte Carlo (conditions apply), and optionally, housekeeping (cleaning, laundry) and room service from the Hôtel de Paris and Mada One.
