Located in the heart of Monaco, between the Hôtel Hermitage, Hôtel de Paris and Place du Casino, and just a stone's throw from "One Monte-Carlo", this charming, fully-renovated studio offers the ideal setting for discovering the Principality.

With a surface area of 30 m², this carefully furnished studio combines comfort and practicality. It comprises an entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bright living room with large windows, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a shower room and a separate toilet.

Its location, close to the port of Monaco, is perfect for enjoying the Monaco Yacht Show or the Formula 1 Grand Prix. The Grimaldi Forum and the beaches can be reached in just 6 to 7 minutes on foot.

Facilities
The studio is fully equipped for your comfort.
The kitchenette includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and all kitchen utensils.
You'll also enjoy a large Apple TV for your moments of relaxation.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. In addition, a cleaning service is available on request at €20 per hour.

Accessibility
Thanks to its strategic location, the studio offers easy access to Monaco's main sights. The port and its iconic events, such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix and the Monaco Yacht Show, are just a few minutes' walk away.
You can also visit the Rock, with the Prince's Palace, the Oceanographic Museum, the Saint-Martin Gardens and Saint-Nicolas Cathedral.

Getting around the Principality is easy, with a bus stop just a minute's walk from the studio. Monaco's train station, a 10-minute walk or bus ride away, connects you directly to destinations such as Italy, Nice and Menton.
Nice airport can be reached in 30 minutes by cab or 40 minutes by direct shuttle.
For your medical needs, the Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace is just a 10-minute drive away.

Convenient
The studio is conveniently located for your daily needs. A Casino supermarket on the port is open late into the evening for last-minute shopping. There's also a Carrefour shopping center in Fontvieille, a 10-minute bus ride or 20-minute walk away.

For your leisure activities, two Olympic-size swimming pools are available: one in the open air on Port Hercule and the other at the Fontvieille stadium.
Finally, Place du Casino, with its luxury boutiques and unique ambience, is just a minute's walk away.
