"L'Esplanade des Pêcheurs is an innovative real estate project designed by renowned architect Rudy Ricciotti.
This ambitious program will include a state-owned residential building on the site of the former Yacht Club, dedicated to Monegasques, with 23 apartments and shops with a total surface area of around 3,100 m², including loggias.
A second private building of 18,100 m² will be built on the esplanade, the second floor of which, with a surface area of 1,870 m², will be reserved and donated to the Monegasque State.
The project also includes a 2,000 m² parking lot with 182 spaces.
The buildings will replace the princely family's underwater archaeology museum.
Covering an area of around 5,400 m², the new "Centre de l'Homme et de la Mer" will be dedicated to marine archaeology. The center will house Franck Goddio's collections, a scientific and research unit, and a range of scientific, educational, multimedia and cultural activities.
A pedestrian elevator link will connect the complex to the Monaco Ville district, facilitating access and integration of the new project into the Principality's urban fabric.
